On 15.09.2016 at Macedonian Occupational Safety and Health Association held a meeting as part of the project “Increasing capacities and strengthening of the role of the regional CSOs for improvement of the labor conditions and dialogue with Public Institutions”. The goal of meeting was: identifying needs, shortcomings and problems of civil society organizations and media in including and creating policy in society; building partnerships in order to facilitate the exchange of knowledge, skills and connections in increasing and expanding their influence in campaigns and advocacy in the strategic operational plans and policies at national and regional level.
The meeting was attended by representatives of civil society organizations , public institutions and media organizations. The participants were introduced to the objectives and the activities pursued within the project . During the dialogue that encouraged the audience , were stood out specific priorities and problems for dismissal, guided by different perspectives. Simultaneously, an initiativeе was launched that these meetings should be more frequent, in order to achieve mutual cooperation which will help to raise public awareness in promoting safety and health at work.
